WDNR Waterway and Wetland E-Permitting Expert

Welcome to Wisconsin Waterway and Wetland E-Permitting Services, LLC. I specialize in working through the State of Wisconsin E-Permitting Process for Waterways and Wetlands through all of Wisconsin.

Daniel James has reviewed over 2000 permits for the Wisconsin DNR.

My Mission

My mission is to help the public reduce time delays on their waterway and wetland project in the State of Wisconsin, discuss and provide understanding of the e-permitting process to clients, and alleviate the stress of project delays due to specific government policies and regulations.

I want to simply red tape and bring the what, why’s, and how’s of the WDNR to clients in a simplified manner

Credentials

Daniel has a Master’s of Science in Water Resources Managements from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

He has over 15 years of federal, state, and local regulatory and policy experience.

Part 107 Commercial Licensed UAV/Drone Pilot.

About Me

I grew up in a variety of environments in the Midwest, before eventually joining the United States Air Force.

These experiences have brought me balance and the ability to reduce complex issues into understandable bites, while building long lasting relationships from rural and city folk alike.

I love spending time in public lands, and sharing my reverence for nature with my family of seven.

Stop Red-Tape Project Delays

One missing document, map, or bullet point can delay a permit for months. As a former WDNR permit staffer, I can ensure your application and documentation is complete before submittal to the DNR.
